Consent for a likeness or a voice
We only build an avatar of a real person, or clone a real voice, from a sample its owner agreed to. The order form asks who agreed and when, and that is written onto the delivery note. An order for a real person’s likeness without it is refused.
Research-licence engines
Some engines are released for research use only. We may use them for internal drafts. The order form refuses them for anything delivered commercially.
What stays on this machine
On the included tier, your script, photos and outputs are processed on HumAva’s own machine and nothing is sent to an outside service. On the frontier tier, the inputs needed for that render are sent to the provider named on the quote — and only after somebody approves the spend by name.
Spending
A frontier render is quoted as an estimate and parked until it is approved. The approver’s name and the credit balance before and after are recorded on the order.
Your files
Finished work is filed in your project folder and shared with you by link. Uploaded photos and videos are kept on HumAva’s machine with the order they belong to.
